180 Sports and Fitness offers a variety of group classes for all fitness levels. All instructors at 180 are certified fitness professionals. Under the direction of Jennifer Spencer, 180 Sports & Fitness provides superior group fitness programming for all its members.

180 Sports and Fitness group exercise classes are supported by five of the Les Mills branded programs to ensure effective training opportunities for men and women of all fitness levels. We pride ourselves in quality, variety, and consistency of instruction. We encourage a cross training approach to fitness with our schedule of classes. 180 Sports and fitnesss ia also an Official Spinning facility, offering regional certification and continuing education for instructors. We recognize the need for user friendly as well as challenging classes and encourage participation from all members. Periodic incentive programs assist in motivation and retention.
